Delve into a pivotal chapter of World War II aviation with this meticulously detailed 1/72 scale model kit from Hasegawa. This limited edition set commemorates the legendary Finnish Air Force ace, Eino Ilmari Juutilainen, the highest-scoring non-German ace of WWII, renowned for his exceptional skill and over 94 confirmed kills.
The kit includes two unassembled aircraft models: the B-239 Buffalo, a Finnish adaptation of the Brewster Buffalo, and the Messerschmitt Bf109G-6, both adorned with historically accurate decals representing Juutilainen’s aircraft. Additionally, the set features a finely sculpted 1/32-scale resin figure of Juutilainen, capturing his likeness during his service. With 13 sprues and a comprehensive decal sheet, this kit offers modelers a unique opportunity to recreate these iconic aircraft and honor a true aviation legend.
