Top Speed Hobbies, LLC is committed to making our website accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including individuals with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards where feasible.
Accessibility Standards
Our goal is to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, to the extent reasonably practicable, given the nature of our business, the technology used, and ongoing website updates.
While we strive to follow accepted accessibility best practices, we cannot guarantee that every aspect of the website will be accessible to all users at all times.
Accessibility Features
Our website is designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies and includes features such as:
• Support for screen readers and keyboard navigation
• Clear navigation structure
• Adjustable text sizing using browser tools
• Reasonable color contrast for readability
• Alternative text for many images
• Consistent page layout and labeling
Third-Party Content and Limitations
Some content, applications, or services used on our website are provided by third parties, including payment processors, shipping tools, chat services, and embedded content. These third parties may not fully conform to accessibility standards.
We do not control the accessibility of third-party platforms but encourage our partners and service providers to offer accessible solutions whenever possible.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. We regularly evaluate our website and make reasonable efforts to identify and correct accessibility barriers within our technical and operational capabilities.
