It was directly developed by the fighter Vought F-8 Crusade airframe. The A-7 was characterized by the large frontal air intake under the cabin, by the 35° foldable swept wing to optimize the use and the storage on the aircraft carriers flight decks and by the adoption of a modern Head-up-Display to enhance the operational effectiveness.  Thanks to its underwing hardpoints the A-7 was able to carry an impressive offensive load based on conventional bombs, guided bombs as the Paveway and air-to-surface missiles. The A-7E was the last version produced for the U.S Navy with improved operational capabilities and the possibility to use the Harpoon anti-ship missiles and the AGM-88 HARM anti-radiation missiles.\u003c\/div\u003e","brand":"Italeri","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50214127468843,"sku":"ITA-2797","price":39.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0696\/8980\/3051\/files\/italeri-model-aircraft-italeri-1-48-a7e-corsair-ii-attack-aircraft-kit-ita-2797-1226533906.jpg?v=1775770753","url":"https:\/\/topspeedhobbies.com\/products\/italeri-aircraft-1-48-a7e-corsair-ii-attack-aircraft-kit","provider":"Top Speed Hobbies","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
